the property
The property is divided into various architectural types:
the "trullo" with three cones, the "ostunense" tower with the spiral staircase that rises on the dome,
the "lamia", ie the old animal shelter and the new building, named "cubo".
The new building has been designed by us with respect to simplicity but with attention to details. Here you will find objects from the world and some small artworks made by my brother, an artist who works in Germany.
The exterior is equipped with a shady gazebo, fireplaces, sofas, tables, hammocks and a small pool.
From the sunroof it's nice to get lost among the endless stars that shine in the sky of Puglia!
NEW BUILDING
Small independent house of about 50 square meters: a large kitchen, a double bedroom with a sofa bed, a large bathroom with washing machine and a closet. It has a capacity for 1 additional baby bed.
Trullo with 3 cones and Ostunense tower, about 40 square meters. From the large main room you enter the bathroom, the large alcove with a double bed and another room with a fireplace, equipped with two small niches used as beds.
LAMIA
Ancient stable and barn of about 20 square meters. Consisting of an entrance room to access the bathroom and a bedroom equipped with a bed, which can be transformed into a double or 2 single beds.
EXTERIORS
All around the garden with 2 pitches with sofas and masonry table, a small pool (3x2 sqm), 2 terraces, showers, sinks, and fireplaces. The complex is equipped with a garage where you’ll find bicycles, mattresses, mask and pinns.
